In this app, texts provide free associations, rather than definitions, inspired by found images. You, as user or collaborator, are encouraged to make your own associations; that is, to attach new words to existing or different images. Says Christopher Doyle: Away With Words comes from the streets. I walk a lot, so I feel it only fair to share my experiences: what attracts my attention, engages associations and suggests ideas. The app works offline so you can use it on the train, and whenever you have a connection it downloads the latest images and meanings from Christopher Doyle and other users as you browse them. Optionally get notifications whenever Christopher Doyle adds new photos.
